Posted on 2021-10-20 By Rebecca B. Levy

Home decor trends come and go, but one type of decoration that never goes out of style is excellent wood crafts Wisconsin. Wood crafts are gorgeous, durable, and quality, and they can add a nice feel of nature to your home, cabin, or office. Three popular types of wood crafts you should consider adding to your home include:

  1. Wooden Tiered Plant Stand

Wooden plant stands look a bit like a step ladder, but they hold a variety of plants and other goods in an organized and attractive fashion on three distinct levels. Cedar tiered plant stands look great and remain sturdy over the years, so you never have to worry about your precious plants randomly taking a tumble. You can also place picture frames, books, or other collectables on these stands.

  1. Wooden Poinsettia Flowers

Poinsettia flowers have long been associated with Christmas and the holiday season as a whole, and large wooden poinsettias are a beautiful decoration to show your holiday spirit indoors our out! You can hang a wooden poinsettia flower on the wall using a nail or have it lean on a shelf or patio for an elegant addition to your seasonal decorations.

  1. Cedar Pumpkins

Pumpkins carved with toothy grins are a staple for Halloween, but carving pumpkins is a messy and stinky endeavor. Plus, you have to figure out what to do with the rotting pumpkins after Halloween passes. A better alternative is to purcahse wooden pumpkins that you can reuse year after year! These look great with an electric light on the inside, and they are perfect for a porch or patio.

Handmade wooden crafts from a local workshop can give your home a unique look and feel. You can also feel good knowing that your purchases are made to last, especially when compared to cheap plastic or rubber ones.
